Natural Stone Carpet is more than just flooring. Its part of the very backbone of the South Island...litrally. Its home begins in the ancient glacial riverbeds that have scoured this landscape and Its final journey rests with you, and what you receive is a floor thats as unique as it is beautiful.

However, Stone Carpet also began in Europe, over fourty years ago. Holland to be exact, and from there is has spread through Europe and the UK, as well as The USA. It arrived in New Zealand over 24 years ago, and it came to Christchurch, where it has been creating amazing floors ever since. You could say that Natural Stone Carpet is made not in New Zealand, but of it.
